True Credentials for Adobe Acrobat, offered by Adobe and VeriSign, and powered by GeoTrust, offers seamless integration with Adobe document publishing applications, which is easy for end-users to understand.

  1. PDF files signed with True Credentials for Adobe Acrobat are certified.
  2. When viewed in Adobe® Reader or Acrobat by the recipient, the signature is automatically verified.
  3. A message confirms that the signature has been validated without user input.
  4. By clicking on the signature properties, recipients can view additional information, such as certificate details, signer’s contact information and validation method.

A Digital Signing Solution Based on Business Needs

Low to moderate volume signing for use with Adobe Acrobat.
An individual or a department is issued a SafeNet FIPS 140-2 level 2 cryptographic USB token that holds the verified signer's CDS certificate. Each PDF document is signed individually, using a secure, two-factor process with the token.

High volumes of documents for signing use Adobe LiveCycle™ Security server.
For organisations with high volumes of documents (such as bank statements, billing statements, or reports in the name of an organisation), the server-based implementation works with the Adobe LiveCycle™ Security server. The certificate is securely stored on a SafeNet FIPS 140-2 level 3 hardware security module (HSM) or an nCipher Classified Document Security Appliance and enables batch processing without manually opening each document to apply the certificate.
